The hospitality industry is rapidly growing in Australia offering a variety of exciting career paths from entry level positions like bartending, waitressing, food preparation and front desk roles to higher skilled jobs like corporate chef, hotel or restaurant manager and sales manager roles.

With such a versatile range of skills developed and used in the hospitality industry make it easy to move between jobs, work internationally and also transfer skills to roles in other industries.
Most entry level positions in the hospitality industry allow you to learn on the job, however gaining a relevant qualification in hospitality is an advantage that will assist you in getting a job in a competitive marketplace and may even assist you to start your career in hospitality at a higher level and an RSA is the first step towards this!

Frank joined NCVE International in 2020 as a VET and ESL teacher. He has been working as a trainer and assessor for 15 years, teaching hospitality, business, leadership & management and ESL.
Most of Frank’s industry experience was gained in Germany, England and Australia working in the hotel and entertainment sector, where he had the opportunity to work in various line staff and leadership positions.
Frank enjoys working in education as he likes working with people and helping them to get the best out of themselves.

Caitlyn was looking for more out of her life and so she approached MAX Employment for help. They referred her to our Certificate III Individual Support course.
