Responsible Gambling Services – Face-to-Face Classroom

In New South Wales, it is a legal requirement that anyone working in a venue with gaming machines must complete an approved Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) course. This nationally recognised short course provides the skills and knowledge to responsibly provide gambling services in line with Liquor & Gaming NSW requirements.
NCVE is approved by Liquor & Gaming NSW to deliver the RCG course in NSW.

  • Those needing to meet the legal requirements for RCG in NSW.

Course Delivery

  • Duration: One day, face-to-face classroom training.
  • Structure: Combination of theory and practical activities.
