Hospitality and Happy Customers Short Course

This nationally recognised short course is designed to equip students with the essential hospitality and customer service skills required to work in a range of venues, including cafés, clubs, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and resorts. Training includes food safety, customer engagement, and the legal requirements for working in licensed venues.
 

Who Should Enrol

This course is suitable for individuals who:
  • are seeking to develop entry-level skills for hospitality roles,
  • require training in RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling), or
  • wish to gain confidence in customer service and workplace communication.

Course Delivery

  • Mode: Face-to-face training using commercial hospitality equipment.
  • Structure: Combination of practical activities and theory learning.
  • Support: Students will have access to experienced trainers and individual learning support where required.
