The Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication (BSB40820) is designed for individuals who want to build practical skills in marketing, customer engagement, and communication. This nationally recognised qualification equips students with the ability to analyse consumer behaviour, implement marketing activities, prepare complex documents, and develop strategies for digital and traditional media.

Who Should Enrol
This qualification is suited to people who:

Course Delivery
This qualification is delivered through a flexible approach to suit different learner needs:
Face-to-face training in a classroom setting,
Blended delivery using virtual Zoom classrooms combined with in-person support, and/or
Online delivery with access to digital resources and trainer support.
All training includes a mixture of theory and practical components, supported by qualified trainers and individual learning assistance where required.
