The Diploma of Business (BSB50120) is designed for individuals who want to develop advanced skills for business management, leadership, and operations. This nationally recognised qualification provides the knowledge to manage budgets, business resources, sustainability practices, workplace communication, and customer service strategies.
Graduates will be prepared for roles such as office manager, business development manager, operations supervisor, or team leader across a wide range of industries.
Who Should Enrol
This qualification is suited to people who:
want to advance their career in business or administration,
are seeking leadership or management responsibilities within an organisation,
wish to broaden their skills in financial planning, risk management, HR, and marketing, or
are looking for a pathway into higher-level qualifications such as advanced diplomas or bachelor degrees.

Course Delivery
This qualification is delivered through a flexible approach to suit different learner needs:
Face-to-face training in a classroom setting,
Blended delivery using virtual Zoom classrooms combined with in-person support, and/or
Online delivery with access to digital resources and trainer support.
All training includes a mixture of theory and practical components, supported by qualified trainers and individual learning assistance where required.

Certification
