Course Overview

The Certificate III in Community Services prepares you to make a real difference in the lives of others by providing practical skills and knowledge for entry-level work in community-based roles.

Course Delivery

This qualification is delivered through a flexible and supportive model designed to suit different learning and workplace needs:
  • Face-to-face training in classrooms or community-based settings,
  • Blended delivery using live Zoom sessions and in-person components, and/or
  • Online study supported by dedicated trainers and progress tracking.
All training combines theory and practical learning with real-world relevance.
Some qualifications require work placement in a suitable community services setting. If required, this will be discussed prior to enrolment by our Student Support Team.
