Our CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) qualification gives graduates the skills and knowledge to provide personal care to those with disabilities.

This qualification is considered the minimum industry standard to gain entry and employment in the Disability Care Industry and to achieve this qualification, you must have completed at least 120 hours of work placement.

Throughout this course you’ll learn how to provide support to meet personal care needs, implement individualised plans and empower those with disabilities. This course will enable you to work in the community and/or a residential setting to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to a disability. Potential career outcomes are: Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Accommodation Support Worker (Disability), Care Assistant, Community Care Worker (Disability), Home Care Assistant, Disability Services Worker and Respite Care Worker.
