WHY DO I NEED THIS?

SITHGAM022 Provide Responsible Gambling Services is required for anyone working in a gaming area of a NSW Club or Hotel. This training must be delivered by an Approved Training Provider.

Things you need to know

  • During your study you will need to provide Photo ID at enrolment to enable us to generate your Interim Certificate at the end of the course.

  • Liquor and Gaming NSW regulates the alcohol and gaming industry in NSW. National College of Vocational Education (NCVE) is approved by Liquor and Gaming NSW FY 2023/2024 to deliver RSA and RCG courses. Following successful completion of your course, you are eligible to receive your interim certificate. OneGov will send you an SMS with a link to Service NSW. Follow the link to guide you through your request and be issued with your Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) interim certificate. You will then need to present the interim certificate at Service NSW with 100 points of ID within three months to receive your RCG competency card.

Refresh your skills or learn new ones to keep your workplace skills and certifications up to date or re-enter the workforce. Our graduates go onto roles like: croupier, gaming attendant, club supervisor, hotel manager. 

Accredited short courses, units, and skill sets are a great option if you’re a qualified professional who wants to diversify your professional portfolio and boost your resume. An accredited short course or skill set will earn you official credits for the units you complete. These unit credits may even be applied to a related qualification at a later date if you choose to study a full certificate or diploma.

When you complete your accredited unit/s you will earn a Statement of Attainment.

After you submit your Expression of Interest, an Enrolment Advisor will contact you and will help you to complete the enrolment process.

Once you’ve completed your application you will receive confirmation of the course date, location and time.
