Responsible Service of Alcohol – Virtual Classroom (1 Day Zoom Class)

In New South Wales, it is a legal requirement that anyone who sells, serves, or supplies alcohol must complete an approved Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course. This short course provides the knowledge and skills required to serve alcohol responsibly in line with Liquor & Gaming NSW regulations.
NCVE is approved by Liquor & Gaming NSW to deliver RSA training in NSW.
 

Who Should Enrol

  • Individuals seeking employment in licensed venues.
  • People needing to meet the RSA requirements for working in NSW.

Course Delivery

  • Duration: One day, delivered online via virtual classroom (Zoom).
  • Structure: Interactive training including both theory and practical components.
  • Support: Students will have access to experienced trainers and individual learning support as required.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand and apply legislative requirements for RSA
  • Recognise signs of intoxication and apply responsible service strategies
  • Follow workplace procedures for alcohol service in NSW
