Most enjoyable aspect of being a teacher/trainer: The challenge of creating new and different ways to deliver content that promotes understanding and the use of skills in the workplace. The satisfaction of helping all kinds of people learn, grow and achieve their career goals and life dreams. The joy of learning from the wealth of experiences my students bring to the classroom.

Favourite motivational advice: Always try to apply what you are learning to your workplace/real life or link the concepts to your past experience. It will make the topics more interesting , relevant and meaningful. The things you do today are sewing into your future life and reality, so make the learning experiences count. Right now, there are billions of people who would trade your learning opportunity (and life) in a heartbeat – so cherish what you’ve been given and try your best. Most importantly, ask for help when you need it.
