Traineeships with NCVE

National College of Vocational Education can train your employees within the workplace as trainees. This limits the down-time to employers for staff training whilst staff up-skill reaping rewards on a personal level as well as for the business. NCVE provides an industry experienced trainer who visits the trainee in the workplace during quieter business hours. Qualifications will be completed through monthly visits over 6 months for approximately 40 minutes per visit. This enables the trainee to complete the course over 6 to 9 months.

‘within 6 to 9 months your trainee will have completed their qualification, be highly skilled, more productive and motivated resulting in an increase to your business profit margins.’
