NCVE (RTO 90283) trains job seekers referred by Workforce Australia, Inclusive Employment Australia (the program that replaced DES) and other employment service providers. Consultants enrol clients and follow their progress unit by unit in our Client Portal. We deliver 13 nationally recognised qualifications in care, business, hospitality, retail, cleaning and supply chain, plus White Card and short courses, online Australia-wide and face to face in Wollongong and Nowra.
Your caseload is big enough already. Referring a client to us should take one form, and finding out how they are going should take one login.
Send the referral and we call your client, check their funding position and get them enrolled. Most of the paperwork sits with us, not you.
Log in to the Client Portal and see where each client is up to, unit by unit. No emails asking for an update.
Every client has a named trainer who picks up the phone. When someone goes quiet, we follow them up before they drop out.
We sort out the funding check, the payment schedule and the certificates. You get evidence you can put on file.
Yes. Employment service providers get their own login to the NCVE Client Portal. From one dashboard you can:
Your client also gets a guided onboarding once they are enrolled, so you are not walking them through the first login.

There is no single public list, so here are NCVE’s facts. NCVE is a registered training organisation, RTO 90283, based in Wollongong with a second location in Nowra. We work with Workforce Australia providers, Inclusive Employment Australia providers and other employment services across NSW, and we train clients online anywhere in Australia.
Referral is simple. A consultant fills in our referral form or calls 1800 180 881. We contact the client, check what funding they may be eligible for, and confirm the course and the cost with you before anything is signed. You can check our registration on training.gov.au.
All 13 are nationally recognised. Each links to its course page, where the full unit list is published.
We check funding first, every time. If your client lives or works in NSW and the course is Smart & Skilled funded, they may be able to study it free, or for a small capped concession fee. It depends on their age, disability and Indigenous status. We confirm it with you before enrolment, and we never promise it until we have checked.
If funding does not apply, the course is fee-for-service at our employment-services rate. That covers clients outside NSW, the three courses that are not on the Smart & Skilled list (CPP30321, TLI30325 and CHC43015), and the two Diplomas. Fee-for-service is paid in two instalments: one at enrolment and one at week 13.
The calculator below gives you the figure for a specific client and course. Enter your details once and it shows the price, the funding position and the instalments.
Pick the course, tell us whether your client is in NSW, and see what they would pay.
Use the referral form or call 1800 180 881 with the client’s name and the course you have in mind.
We call the client, work out whether Smart & Skilled applies, and confirm the cost with you.
Online with a named trainer, or face to face for short courses and workshops. Placement is arranged by us where the course needs one.
Unit progress, assessment status and certificates sit in the Client Portal under your login.
Clients get a named trainer who answers the phone. No helpdesk queue, and a real person marks every assessment.
We stay with clients who fall behind, so the outcome you report is a completion, not a withdrawal.
For Individual Support, Ageing Support and Hospitality we contact host facilities and venues ourselves, anywhere in Australia. Hosts make the final call on screening results, so we cannot guarantee every placement.
A family-run RTO that has been training NSW job seekers and workers for more than 25 years.
Clients study around appointments and part-time work, with direct access to their trainer when they get stuck.
One referral, one login, one contact. We handle funding checks, invoices and certificates.
No. NCVE (RTO 90283) is a registered training organisation, not an employment service provider. We train clients who are referred to us by Workforce Australia providers, Inclusive Employment Australia providers and other employment services. The provider manages the client’s plan; we deliver and assess the training and report progress back through the Client Portal.
Yes. Consultants get their own login to the NCVE Client Portal. It shows each client’s enrolment status, unit progress and assessment status, and you can download certificates and transcripts yourself. If you want to talk it through, the trainer is still a phone call away.
It depends on the course and the client. On a Smart & Skilled funded course in NSW, an eligible client may study free or pay a small capped concession fee, based on age, disability and Indigenous status. Otherwise it is fee-for-service at our employment-services rate. We confirm the figure with you before enrolment.
In two instalments: one at enrolment and one at week 13. There is no lump sum up front, which makes it easier to fit inside a client’s plan or your purchasing approvals. Use the calculator on this page to see the exact amounts for a course before you refer, and we confirm them in writing at enrolment.
Three of our qualifications are not on the Smart & Skilled list: CPP30321 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations, TLI30325 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations and CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support. The Diploma of Business and Diploma of Leadership and Management have no concession rate. All five are charged at the employment-services rate.
Yes. All 13 qualifications are delivered online anywhere in Australia, with the same named trainer and Client Portal access, and we arrange work placement locally for the courses that need it. Smart & Skilled is NSW only, so clients outside NSW are charged the employment-services rate, paid in the same two instalments.
No. For Certificate III in Individual Support (at least 120 hours), Certificate IV in Ageing Support (120 hours) and Certificate III in Hospitality (service periods), NCVE contacts host facilities and venues on the client’s behalf. The host decides on screening results, so we cannot guarantee a placement, but we never hand the search back to the client.
A Unique Student Identifier (USI), photo ID and their own email address. Qualifications include a short language, literacy and numeracy check so we can set the right support from day one. White Card needs 100 points of original ID on the day.
Yes. Employment service providers can book a whole group into a White Card or short-course class with one invoice, or ask us to run a private class for their clients. Classes are capped at 20 for White Card. Call 1800 180 881 with your numbers and preferred location.
Their trainer follows them up by phone first, and again if needed, because a lot of clients just need a hand restarting. If they stay quiet, we let you know so you can raise it at their next appointment. You can also see the stalled progress in the Client Portal yourself, without waiting for us to report it.
