Most courses are studied online from anywhere in Australia, with face-to-face classes in Wollongong and Nowra. To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.

It lets you work at your own pace & has more of a laid back approach. It was a little weird sometimes hearing people asking questions about things I hadn't started yet, or things I finished weeks ago, but you get used to it. Our trainer Lynne was fantastic & so helpful. My only complaint is that some of the resources had big chunks of info missing & had a lot of spelling mistakes & other errors
