NCVE (RTO 90283) runs nationally recognised short courses for school groups in NSW: White Card, barista and food safety, RSA, RF scanning, hospitality and workplace skills. Careers advisers and VET coordinators book a group, we run the class with a real trainer, and students leave with a Statement of Attainment they can put on a resume. We have been training in NSW for more than 25 years.
Students heading onto a building site for work experience need a White Card first. Students chasing their first cafe job get further with food safety and barista on their resume. These are one- to three-day courses with a certificate at the end.
Hospitality, warehousing and workplace skills courses give students a nationally recognised starting point and credit toward a full Certificate III after they leave school.
All are nationally recognised. Each links to its course page with the unit codes, duration and public price.

Which course, roughly how many students, and the weeks that suit your timetable.
Venue, dates, what each student needs to bring, and one invoice for the school.
A trainer runs the class, assesses in the room and marks it on the day for White Card and RSA.
Each student who passes gets a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, linked to their USI.
Every student needs a Unique Student Identifier (USI). It is free and takes about five minutes. Without one we cannot issue their certificate.
White Card needs 100 points of original ID, showing the student’s photo, date of birth, signature and current address. That is a SafeWork NSW rule, and students who arrive without it cannot start. School students often do not have ID showing their address, so call us before the day and we will check what SafeWork NSW allows. Students must be at least 14.
RSA needs photo ID, and students under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent before they enrol.
1800 180 881 reaches our team in NSW. Your contact knows your booking and your students.
Trainers slow down for students who need it. Small classes mean nobody hides at the back.
SafeWork NSW approved for White Card and Liquor & Gaming NSW approved for RSA. NCVE, RTO 90283.
A family-run RTO that has trained NSW students and workers for more than 25 years.
Trainers explain things in plain language, and students can ring us after the course if something is unclear.
One invoice for the group, one contact who knows your booking, and a certificate for every student who passes.
At least 14 on the day of the course. That is SafeWork NSW’s minimum age for general construction induction training. Students doing construction work experience need a White Card before they go on site. The card has no expiry date, but it becomes void if the holder does no construction work for two years in a row.
100 points of original ID that between them show the student’s photo, date of birth, signature and current address. Plenty of school students do not have ID with their address on it, so call us on 1800 180 881 before you book and we will check what SafeWork NSW accepts.
Yes, with a parent or guardian’s consent before they enrol. They complete the same SITHFAB021 unit as anyone else. Whether and where they can serve alcohol once they have it is a separate question for the student, their family and the venue.
No. NSW Smart & Skilled funding is for people who have left school, so it does not apply to current students. Each course has a published price on its course page, and we agree a group price with the school for class bookings.
Yes. Schools can book a group into a scheduled class, or ask us to run a private class for their students. Tell us the course, numbers and the weeks that suit your timetable, and we will confirm the venue and dates.
Food Hygiene and Barista is three days and covers safe food handling and espresso coffee. For a fuller start, Hospitality and Happy Customers is five days and adds RSA, RCG and customer service. Both are face to face on commercial equipment.
Yes. Every unit is nationally recognised and stays on the student’s USI record. Job Ready Essentials, for example, credits toward Certificate III in Business, and the hospitality units credit toward Certificate III in Hospitality if the student goes on after school.
Yes. When you book a group, we send one invoice to the school and you deal with one contact for the whole booking. For individual enrolments there is an invoice option at checkout instead of paying by card, which suits a school, employer or employment provider covering the cost.
