It’s the ideal individual support course if you are new to the aged care or community services sector and want a recognised entry-level qualification, currently working in care but don’t yet hold a formal qualification, returning to the workforce and looking for meaningful employment in a growing industry, or passionate about supporting older people and want to develop professional skills to match.

There are no formal entry requirements for this cert 3 individual support — if you have the compassion and commitment, NCVE will provide the training.

HOW IS THE COURSE DELIVERED?

NCVE offers flexible delivery options for this cert 3 individual support to suit your lifestyle and learning preferences. You can choose to study fully online and self-paced with real trainer support — work through your units in your own time over 12 months, with qualified NCVE trainers available to guide and support you throughout. Alternatively, attend face-to-face training at our Sydney campus locations across Parramatta, Bankstown, Campbelltown, and Penrith. We also offer a blended delivery model combining online study with in-person sessions for students who want the best of both.
