Thrive is NCVE’s online personal wellbeing and resilience program — a practical, evidence-based course that gives you real tools to manage fatigue, reduce stress and build a healthier, more balanced life. It’s fully online and self-paced, so you can work through it whenever and wherever it suits you. Enrol in any NCVE course and Thrive is included free — or complete it on its own as a standalone program for just $270 (Afterpay & ZipPay available).
Thrive is built around three modules grounded in current research:
Anyone who wants to feel better, manage stress more effectively and build sustainable daily habits. It’s especially well-suited to job seekers and people returning to work who want to strengthen their employment readiness — and it’s included free with every NCVE course enrolment.
Thrive is delivered 100% online and self-paced, so you can work through it from anywhere in Australia, in your own time. Already enrolled in an NCVE course? Thrive is included free — just ask our team to add it.
Is Thrive a nationally recognised qualification?
No — Thrive is a non-accredited personal wellbeing program. It’s aligned with the content of unit SIRXHWB001, but it’s delivered as professional development and leads to a Certificate of Completion rather than a Statement of Attainment.
How much does it cost?
It’s included free with any NCVE course enrolment, or you can complete it on its own for $270, with Afterpay and ZipPay available.
How long does it take?
About eight hours in total, self-paced across three modules. You can do it in a day or spread it over a few weeks — there are no intake dates and no deadline.
Why would I pay $270 when it’s free with any NCVE course?
Most people don’t — if you’re enrolling in any NCVE course, ask us to add Thrive and it costs you nothing. The standalone price is for people who want the wellbeing program on its own without studying a qualification. If you’re weighing up a course anyway, enrol in the course and take Thrive as part of it.
Is it worth doing if it isn’t accredited?
That depends what you want it for. It won’t appear on your national training record and it isn’t a qualification — we say so plainly above. What it does give you is a Personal Wellbeing Plan you keep and use, built around content aligned with the SIRXHWB001 unit. If you need something for a resume, do one of our accredited short courses instead; if you want the practical wellbeing work, this is what it’s for.
Can I start today?
Yes. It’s delivered 100% online with a rolling start, so there are no intake dates and no waiting — you enrol and you begin, from anywhere in Australia.
Do I get something at the end?
Yes — you build a Personal Wellbeing Plan to keep, and receive a Certificate of Completion.
I’m already enrolled in a course — do I have to pay?
No — Thrive is included free with every NCVE course enrolment. Just ask our team to add it to your study.
